By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 777xk platform (available at https://777xk.ws and any associated mobile or web applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 777xk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 777xk platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 777xk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

777xk reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777xk. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. In the event of unauthorised access, you must notify 777xk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

KYC Verification: 777xk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at 777xk's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 777xk support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before closure is completed. 777xk also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

777xk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency channels. All deposits are credited to your 777xk PKR wallet. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs. 300 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Maximum Deposit: Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts may access higher deposit limits upon request.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during peak PST periods.
• Deposit Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited on 777xk originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

777xk does not accept deposits from any person who does not hold a registered account. Unmatched deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to a processing period of up to 5 business days.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time via the 777xk account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs. 500 per request unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits not subject to a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC clearance.

777xk will not be held liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution, network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals, or force majeure events beyond 777xk's reasonable control.

777xk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each individual bonus offer.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per bonus.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round, the following provisions apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on 777xk's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

• Loss of funds due to technical errors or platform downtime, except where such loss is directly caused by 777xk's proven negligence.
• Loss of profits or gaming winnings due to interrupted connectivity, device failure, or internet service provider issues on your side.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by 777xk in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777xk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777xk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on 777xk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
